Summer Reading Challenge 2023
It’s Summer Reading Challenge time again!
This year the theme is Ready, Set, Read!
For more information visit: The Reading Agency Summer Reading Challenge website
The Challenge is simple; read whatever you like over the summer holidays to receive incentives and a certificate once you have completed the Challenge. You can read fiction, fact books, poetry, joke books, picture books or graphic novels. Audiobooks and eBooks can also be used to complete the Challenge and Cumberland Libraries Borrowbox service is a great way to get free access to eBooks and eAudiobooks.
The Summer Reading Challenge begins on 15th July and ends in the middle of September, so there is plenty of time over the summer to borrow and read 6 books and call into the library to tell them what you have read. You can also access extra content online at the Summer Reading Challenge website.
All completers of the Challenge will be entered into a prize draw for a Kindle eReader generously provided by the Cumberland Building Society.
