It is much sadness I have to inform you Mrs Walker is leaving us at the end of this academic year.
Mrs Walker has worked at Dearham since 2011 so it is with a heavy heart we are losing her to pastures new this year. During her time here at Dearham Mrs Walker has been a class teacher, a deputy head and the headteacher. She will have worked with many of your children who have now moved on in their education and even gone on to work and I know you will have fond memories of her.
I am sure you will want to pass on your good wishes to Mrs Walker as she sets herself a new challenge out of education in September. For the staff and the children we are losing a valued member of the team and a friend as well a colleague.
I know you will join the whole of the staff here at Dearham in wishing Mrs Walker all the best in her new role and a future full of happiness. We will all miss her very much.
