This week, to recognise Children’s Mental Health week the children have been looking at their mental well-being and the positive impact of making connections.

Mrs Sewell provided a range of activities for the children to do themselves and individual classes held their own well-being sessions.

We looked at who or what makes us happy, mindfulness and what connections we can make to help us with our well-being. The children have been very positive in all the activities.

We finished with the Dress to Express Yourself today, with a huge range of characters in the building.

What better way to express yourself on a Friday than to finish the assembly with a dance so that is just what we did!
